1. In your confirmation email is the sentence "Manage this reservation". That will lead you to the main Passkey page.

2. Your reservation information is now displayed. Click the "Modify" button.

The top of the page reads “Your reservation is complete! Thank you for booking!” This means that your reservation exists in the system but does not mean that it has been confirmed with your payment guarantee. You may still need to enter your credit card to hold the room.

3. A full summary of your reservation is shown. To add your credit card, click the "Modify" button in the "Rates " section.

4. Select ‘Credit Card’ under Payment Information and choose your credit card type.

5. Fill in your credit card information, then scroll down and make sure that the billing details information is correct, then click the "Next" button.

If Passkey is not allowing you to submit your credit card number, please verify that your phone number is correct under the billing address.

6. Verify that your credit card information now shows in the "Payment Information" section. If it is, great. BUT YOU ARE NOT DONE YET! (if you stop here your changes will not be saved, and you will be sad.)

7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the acknowledgement section. Click the checkbox stating that you have read and accept the room policies and Terms and Conditions of the website (because of course you've read them, right?). Then click "Confirm Reservation"

8. Your reservation is complete. Passkey will email you a new confirmation, this time showing Payment Method as "Credit Card". Bask in the knowledge that your room is secure and that you're going to have a fantastic time at Midwest FurFest!
